HAPPY VILLAGES
To adopt 73 Villages from the 6 Coastal Revenue Districts of Andhra Pradesh From Krishna District to Srikakulam District and make them Happy Villages. This entails providing of protected drinking water supply, Toilets, Primary Health Care, Consultation Clinics, Tree Plantation, Village Libraries, Relaxing Benches, Veterinary care, Economic & Community Development Support, Vocational Centres assistance, Women Empowerment, Education Facility, for the Children as well as Adults & Meeting other requirements as and wherever possible with involvement of the benefeciaries and Rotarians.

HAPPY SCHOOLS
Facilities like RO Plants for Drinking water, Separate Toilets for the Girl Students and boy students, Benches in the Class Rooms, Black Boards, E-Learning Facilities with Multimedia Projectors and Software, Staff Room amenities, Electricity needs like Lights and Fans, Students requirements like School Bags, Books, and Foot wear and also taking care ambiance of the schools with infrastructure repairs and Painting Etc.,

Vocational Training : Vocational Training Centres
1 in each Zone
Tree Plantation - All along the Highways, Urban & Village Roads - With Rotary Emblem, Tree Guards & Organizing.(a minimum of 1 Lakh Saplings plantation).

Rotary Days :
Organizing a minimum of One Rotary Day by each Club.
Youth Festivals :
To Conduct Youth Festivals in 6 Zones (Each Revenue district is one Zone)

- Our Goal - Each Club to create a new land mark in the amounts & contributed to the Rotary Foundation till date in each of the types of giving.
The Goal is - To approach as many schools & colleges in the area of each Club &achieve substantial contribution.
Membership Development Activities
- Women in Rotary - At least a total of 25% of the members in the club.
- Spouses into Rotary - At least 50% of the women members should be the spouses of the male members of the club.
- Total New members 25 %
Starting New Rotary Clubs as many as possible 10 - 34 Clubs..
Each Club - A Minimum of one New Club. For achieving this the Assistant Governors assigned the task of starting at least 3 clubs each through their assigned clubs.
Rotaract Clubs - To start 100 Rotaract Clubs.
Interact Clubs - To start 300 Interact Clubs.
Rotary Community Corps (RCC) - To start 100 Rotary Community Corps.
